








The TL type elastic sleeve pin coupling is a medium- and low-power transmission component with a wide range of applications. It is mainly used for torque transmission between two shafts while providing a certain degree of misalignment compensation and vibration damping. With a rational structural design, the coupling consists of two hubs, pins, and elastic sleeves. Flexible connection is achieved through the elastic sleeves fitted over the pins, which ensures stable torque transmission while effectively absorbing shocks and vibrations generated during operation. This helps reduce the impact on key components such as motors, gear reducers, and bearings, making it suitable for working conditions involving frequent forward and reverse rotation as well as repeated starts and stops.
The TL type elastic sleeve pin coupling offers good radial and angular misalignment compensation capabilities. The permissible radial compensation is approximately 0.2–0.6 mm, and the allowable angular misalignment ranges from about 0.5° to 1.5°, enabling it to adapt effectively to relative displacements caused by installation errors, shaft deformation, or thermal expansion. Meanwhile, the elastic elements play a buffering role during torque transmission, allowing smoother start-up and reducing instantaneous loads on the transmission system. The coupling is suitable for an operating temperature range of –20°C to 70°C and demonstrates stable and reliable performance under normal industrial conditions. With a torque transmission range of approximately 63–1600 N·m, it can meet the requirements of various light- to medium-duty applications.
The TL type elastic sleeve pin coupling is easy to install, disassemble, and maintain, and does not require a complex lubrication system, thereby reducing routine maintenance costs. Its bore configurations are compatible with various standard shaft types such as Y, J, and Z, offering strong adaptability to shaft-end dimensions and facilitating selection and replacement in existing equipment. Based on the original elastic pin coupling standard (such as JB/T 10860), this product has been improved through optimization of the elastic element structure and materials, significantly enhancing service life and overall performance. It is also interchangeable with existing standard products, providing convenience for equipment upgrading and maintenance.
