The SWC-WD Non-Telescopic Short Universal Coupling is a high-performance mechanical connection device specifically designed for transmission applications in confined spaces. Through structural optimization, the axial size has been significantly reduced, making it 20%-30% shorter than the standard model, making it ideal for high-precision applications.
The core advantage of this coupling lies in its compact design and efficient performance. By optimizing the bearing arrangement and eliminating redundant structures, the axial installation size has been successfully reduced, while maintaining a large angular compensation capacity, capable of handling deflection angles of ±15° to ±25°. This ensures efficient power transmission in multi-directional movements. The SWC-WD coupling adopts an involute spline connection, ensuring stable torque transmission while saving space, which improves transmission efficiency and precision.
To eliminate axial play, this model features a non-telescopic structure design, utilizing preloaded springs and precisely machined thrust faces, with axial limiting devices set at both ends of the universal joint. This completely eliminates axial displacement, ensuring error-free power transmission and enhancing machining accuracy and system stability. Its innovative centralized lubrication channel design distributes lubricating oil evenly to all friction parts through a single oil injection nozzle, extending the maintenance cycle and reducing the difficulty of daily maintenance.
